CSQQN protocol is premised upon an historic and honourable ethic named Gus Wen Tah : Peace, Trust and Friendship.  Salish 10,000 year-old traditions have survived; and, we are resolute in our business agendas.

Incorporated within this legendary trade and commerce practise is the prerequisite of fundamental stewardship; with obligation to the general benefit of all. 1100 nations in Turtle Island North / North America preceded the Columbus arrival. Today, we build private cities.

Zheng He travelled from China 70 years before Columbus. And, Chinese monks recorded establishing monasteries near Florida nearly 3000 years ago. Siem'stum or Respect forms the core element of commerce and trade discussions, negotiations and agreements. In the absence of these ethics all will fail.

Therefore, please, may we continue through a mutual interest gateway with caution, patience; and, of course, with the clear understanding that we do only represent the enfranchised interest of our specific societies within our individual state nations. And, further, that matters of disagreement - where they might arise - will always be settled through friendly settlement.

Hence, the following INDEX is offered for review as a preliminary good cause for us to proceed into confidential dialogue through our selected trade emissaries; who shall, therein, establish the principal topics through which our Trade & Commerce Agreement shall be founded.

The CSQQN Leader is Ruby Mary Peter; and, the Emissary Delegation shall be chaired by Ralph Charles Goodwin. The Due Diligence Chair is Bernadette Ruby Sam. And, the Ethics Chair is Leo Benjamin Peter. Sthuy'shen 'Telew T-hw is the Bank of CSQQN.
